Review on 7 Inch Japanese VG10 67 Layers Super Steel Santoku Knife - Kitory Damascus Warrior Series With G10 Handle & Gift Box by Prince Aguirre

I was looking for a 7x3 knife for prepping veggies. This Kitory looked decent but a little wider. It’s not forgeged it’s painted and marked like it’s hammered.Anyway for the price it does the job. I like my mercer chef knife better. I gave it three stars because it’s a fake hammered look painted with something?. It can chop but not mince or dice because it’s 3mm thick. I will keep it for hard shells, breaking down bones and rough chopping. As far as edge sharpness and durability it’s too soon to tell. I’ll update later.
