Defective product on arrival
Received a defective product. There was oil everywhere when opened. Refilled the oil and attempted to crimp my cable railing project. It leaked oil when attempting to crimp. I was only able to get halfway through the first crimp. I discovered that the bladder that holds the oil was punctured. Now I'm stuck with a half crimped connector and oil every where on my deck.
