Not as easy as it seems.

I am a teacher and I bought this for the inner door in my room which has no lock. When I first took it out of the box I was able to get it working with no problems, but then I tried to show someone else how to install it and it kept slipping off. Had 2 other people trying to figure it out and it took 15 minutes to install properly. I don't want to be so confused during a lockdown emergency. Unfortunately, by the time I realized there was a problem, the return date had passed. If I installed it and left it in place I could leave it, but we have to use this door on a daily basis.
