While working with this product it was easy to manage our donor database from start of year up until end time which saved us so much hassle trying to figure out who gave what when last month or quarter ended! The only problem I have while using we share at my church has been getting all information together after each meeting/event but nothing major other that not being able use more features within their system like how do you get paid receipt's back into your accounting department? Overall great tool if used correctly as far as keeping track goes its worth every penny spent plus some!!
