I like most is ease-of use for simple tasks as well complex ones; also very good support when needed! The tool has helped us track our visitors' activities within my website (in real time) which allows me make decisions fastly regarding what's working or not - both from technical point view but mainly business one too!! It could be better if there was some kind of reporting feature instead sending emails every now&then asking them to do something specific again and again just because i did forget last report :D But all things considered this product does its job really great! The ability to see the data in real time and the ability to create custom dashboards. The ability to create a custom dashboard and then have it automatically refresh is very helpful.
