I bought this because my Seasonic G Series 360w PSU didn't have 2 PCIE slots. I recently bought a Sapphire RX 570 Nitro+ and needed two PCIE slots which the 450 Seasonic G series has but not mine. I hooked them up and they work great. I'm still way below what I call the 360 watt PSU max, which is about an 82-89% effective range. 310 watts is the highest I would choose for the overall system load. At max total power I'm way below. I couldn't reproduce but used a manufacturer TDP of 280. The system is stable and stress-tested. I should note though that these cables are long, I wish they were at least with mesh sleeves, but that's for aesthetic reasons. I would also take shortened versions of these plugs. However, they are much longer than I thought when looking at the picture.
