I really like this machine. In addition to the six pre-programmed coffee specialties, you can also use the milk button to add frothed milk to the cup AFTER the espresso has been prepared for a more traditional latte. It's very versatile. The frother feels comfortable and unused milk can be stored in the fridge. My only concern is that it's impossible to find a replacement milk frother and they recommend washing it in the dishwasher every other day. I'm not sure about you, but I don't run the dishwasher every other day, which means I end up hand washing them, and even then I have to soak everything in hot, soapy water for 30 minutes. If I had a spare milk jug, I could put it in the dishwasher with a clean one within reach. The machine itself is well built, heavy and made of stainless steel. It heats up in less than 30 seconds and makes great espressos and coffee drinks. I tried all three types of drinks and even made a delicious double espresso latte with caramel without any problems. Be mindful of the intensity of the espresso you order, as a latte less than a 6 feels more like flavored milk than coffee unless you throw in a few shots, which can increase the cost of a cup. Some flavors are better suited to cappuccino and of course all the ristretto/espresso/jungo shots I've had have been good. The user interface is easy to use. Just press a button and your coffee (and milk if you're making a latte/cappuccino) is ready to drink. Of course, you can add a pump or two of syrup if you like, or just add sugar if you like it sweet. You can adjust the amount of milk/coffee for each drink as you like. The milk button comes in handy when you want to fill a large mug. The problem I had was that my first issue was one of Revain's Used - Very Good stock offerings. Luckily I turned out to be smart and ordered a new one just in case. And I'm glad I did. The 'used' (which was unused, just packed in a different box) didn't come with the pod sampler and as I couldn't get the coffee until Monday I wouldn't have anything to use. with the whole weekend. So I wrapped up the warehouse deal and sent it back. So be aware that if you order from stock, you probably won't get coffee with the machine. In one of their very rare Nespresso boutiques you will only find original Nespresso capsules online. I figured I could go to Bed, Bath and Beyond and find her there. The only Nespresso compatible pods you might be able to find locally are Cafepresso pods at Walmart or Starbucks pods at Kroger (which were sold out at a store near me). Even places that sell the car locally like Williams Sonoma and Sur La Table don't sell pods, which is ridiculous. In the sample they give you one of their varieties and it was a shame to find a flavor I liked and not be able to get more until next week. So I suggest that along with the machine you order a few pods that you might like and understand that you will most likely order all the coffee for it online. I have no problem with that but would like to know in advance as I got the car on Friday. So if you order this make sure you order early enough so you can get a car and a coffee. simultaneously. Start with a ristretto or arpeggio that tastes more like a traditional espresso and is strong enough to turn into a cappuccino or latte until you can order a Nespresso welcome pack with freebies. TLDR: Good, versatile machine. Provides easy access to coffee drinks and espresso. The blower works fine. Just make sure you buy your coffee online along with the machine as there's a good chance no one will be selling it in your area. Edit: About a year later I'm now wishing we could get Creatista instead. The problem is that you have to keep unused milk in the fridge for this, and since I mostly drink coffee on the weekends, I have way too much unused milk that has gone bad. The supplied milk frother consists of several parts and is quite difficult to clean. With Creatista I was able to easily wash and store the jug. Over time I will replace this car with Creatista. It's probably more of a personal preference.
