☕️ DeLonghi Silver Nespresso Lattissima Pro Coffee and Espresso Machine Review

I want to give this seller zero or minus stars. I bought a coffee maker for about $600, used it for less than a week and returned it to the seller. I only received a $320 credit and they charged $280 for a restocking fee for a coffee maker that wasn't working properly. Stay away from this seller.

Worked great for a week, the milk frother started to squirt and only made half the amount (2oz) instead of the usual 4oz for a latte. I've called customer service 4 times in a month and tried everything they asked including replacing the milk pickup tube but it's still spurting and doesn't make a good latte. We are currently working with Amazon to get a replacement.

Very naughty machine. Tasty drinks but the box arrived damaged including broken styrofoam inside. After 2 weeks, the device was dripping more and more slowly and I descaled it, although the descaling lamp did not light up. The blood flow improved but only lasted a week. It took me a long time to cook a latte. The milk block needs to be rinsed into the second container after each use, and the whole milk block needs to be washed in the dishwasher every 2 days. This is our newest addition to our Nespresso machines. Yes we have been using them for many years. DeLonghi machines last forever. After a few weeks of deliberation, I decided on this machine and I am absolutely delighted! He makes perfect cappuccinos, lattes etc and the coffee pod selection is excellent. First I ordered/received Lattissima+. I ended up sending it back because the milk drinks were never hot enough. After reading reviews and watching videos about Lattissima Pro, I was even more confused. The hotter drink ratings on the Pro model appeared to be 50/50. I really like this machine. In addition to the six pre-programmed coffee specialties, you can also use the milk button to add frothed milk to the cup AFTER the espresso has been prepared for a more traditional latte. It's very versatile. The frother feels comfortable and unused milk can be stored in the fridge.
