I like having all my case notes in one place which makes it easy for me as well future staff members when trying do any updates or changes! It's not perfect but everything has its pros & cons so we need both!! If you are looking into this product make sure whoever helps your with training will be willing to help solve problems quickly if they arise (like mine did). Case note organization system - being able keep track easily from child intake through discharge/adoption status.- Being an advocate for our kids means keeping up day by Day what their needs / progressions may look Like at each stage before adoption can happen!
