I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use without needing training or assistance - however you do need some basic knowledge about how bots work (and if they are right up your alley). We have been using this bot since our first week of going live in January 2017 with very good results! The number one thing we hear when people talk abouit chatbots? They aren't useful/understandable by everyone who uses them / doesn’t understand their benefits yet because most don;' t know what exactly those benifits will be until later downline stages.-The ease-of usabilty makes onboarding customers even easier than before which has helped grow sales dramatically as well! Customer Service & Support : Our previous system was not able provide same type support but now all questions answered within minutes via text message directly through Bot instead waiting.
