Review on Marcal by Russell Ross

Given Marcal's reputed dedication to producing high-quality goods, I couldn't wait to get my hands on some of their goods as a frequent purchaser of goods for the home and for my health. On the other hand, the actual products that I purchased from their online store left me feeling nothing short of completely disappointed. To begin, the paper products that they sell are flimsy and of low quality, despite the fact that they claim to use repurposed materials in their manufacturing process. Because the toilet paper was so thin, I discovered that I went through rolls of it much more quickly than I normally do, and the fact that it tore so easily made me feel frustrated. Not to mention the fact that the plastic items were just as disappointing, with bags that were so flimsy that they couldn't even support the weight restriction that was stated on them. In addition, although Marcal asserts that it is a market leader, the quality of the company's customer support leaves much to be desired. I had some problems with my order, and it took me several tries before I could get a response from their staff. After what seemed like an eternity, I was eventually able to speak to a representative, but they were unhelpful and condescending. In general, Marcal is not a brand that I would recommend to anyone who is seeking for high-quality health and household goods. Even though they have been creating waves in the market, the quality of their products does not match the expectations that have been set. Put those funds toward something else and search around for establishments that offer superior quality and service to customers.
