You can remove the turntable from the aerator and attach the aerator to the end of the steel hose and then to the swivel and swivel to the faucet. I really like the hose and swivel but the aerator is not as powerful as the more popular smsvd aerator like this one so I attached this brand of aerators to this brand of hose and swivel. Works incredibly well in a restaurant. This aerator I am considering is better suited for my home faucets. I would buy the hose part again for use in restaurants, which is very practical for large triple sinks made of steel.
