This product comes pre-assembled and was easy to assemble. In the beginning everything worked perfectly and it was very nice! Recently, however, we have noticed that the flow of water has decreased. We thought it was a plumbing issue but after we fixed the issue it turned out to be clearly a faucet issue. We also tried cleaning the faucet from the suggested video but it didn't work. Now I see other reviews are similar. Want to know if they solved the problem and fixed the problem with the product? I don't see a way to contact the seller to let them know about this issue. I am happy to accept a replacement for this defective item. Otherwise I'll buy from another seller.
