Wow, where do I start. A HUGE upgrade from my Posiquiet pads. These pads always felt too cold or too hot but never happy. No longer. Now that I've finally spent a little more on Akebono, I couldn't be happier. The bite, even when cold, is excellent. So far, noise and dust have been minimal, and they showed no signs of stress or overheating when driving on freeways and mountain roads. This was for a 2008 Lancer GTS. These pads come with gaskets and a small amount of lubricant to fit on the caliper (1 tiny sachet). It is a ceramic compound that naturally generates little dust and is very gentle on the rotors, increasing their lifespan. Don't repeat my mistake. Don't skimp on brake pads when there are a few more. They will reward you every day you drive your car.
