We have used them in several capacities over our tenure of nearly 20 years with ESI (Electric Service). They were one-stop shop to handle all aspects from billing through account management including rate design analysis as well as PPA services/contract negotiations where we had multiple offers at different rates that needed consideration. Most recently they helped us negotiate an innovative agreement using their cloud capabilities which allowed faster implementation than if done manually by employees or even outside consultants due to time constraints when developing new programs internally.
