If you're even a little mechanically inclined, this is a no-brainer. Bought for a 2014 Prius V after the dealer told me it wasn't covered under my extended warranty, they wanted to charge me $452 just because that part of the job was an extra $200. Only $652 from my local dealer. I thought the cost was pretty ridiculous. So I made it myself instead and for that price ($37) I was able to make it 17 times. The only negative is that the replacement part is not as smooth (a little more difficult to pull and open the handle from the inside) than a genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part. But all Eles work as intended. Happy with the price and overall. But just hope the next one is a little smoother. The installation took me 30-45 minutes. Before that, the dealer changed the same part 4 times. The seller warrants the part and labor for one year only.
