Review on Premium Alfalfa Hay by Grandpa by Jen Coleman

I bought a very compressed 10 lb bale and couldn't get it out. It's very tightly packed! I watched a short video and understood. The video helped me a lot. This is my first foray into small animals and hay. I just threw the block in the cage and hoped for the best. Hahahaha. I have to dig it up now to loosen it up. I also contacted the company about allergies. My son is allergic to peanuts and I was concerned about cross contamination. I received an email response very quickly which allayed my concerns. Hay is safe for my son. Big relief. Customer service creates loyalty. I'll be more likely to buy from Grandpa's Best again! Thanks, people!
