PARTS WORK GREAT --- READ FOR ADVICE ONLY. Just a word of warning to everyone. I replaced all 4 actuators on my 2003 Lexus RX300 doors. Upon completion, my key started the machine as usual, but the remote functions (lock, unlock, panic) didn't work at all. I even tried the reprogramming steps of pressing the lock/unlock 5 times, put the key in, blah blah blah blah. It didn't help. So I found the alarm system was out of sync. I found this guide on how to restore and run your deleted functions. It worked perfectly. Follow the steps below if your remote stops working after changing actuators. Tried everything multiple times, added, removed, reprogrammed my remote but nothing worked until I tried: key on driver's door, then wait for the red security light to go out and start flashing (about a minute). will activate the alarm. 2) Go to the passenger door, unlock it with the key and open the door, an alarm will sound, then close the door and go to the driver's door. 3) Unlock it with the key then open it while it's open use the unlock button on the remote and this should stop the alarm and arm the remote. Much luck
