I like how it allows for customization to fit your business needs while still being easy enough to use by anyone with minimal training or knowledge about software development! It is very user friendly which makes managing our partners easier than ever before! We have been able solve many problems we were having within our organization such as tracking leads/opportunities etc., but also allowing us access from anywhere at any time was key when working remotely during Covid 19 pandemic.

There are some things you need more technical skills (like coding) so if this isn't something you're good at then maybe look into other options? If however, you do know what code looks like there really aren’t much downsides here because everything works great together seamlessly.
