Review on Cisco-Linksys EZXS55W EtherFast 10/100 5-Port Workgroup Switch: Fast and Reliable Networking Solution for Small Offices by Evan Hernandez

The product works perfectly. 5 stars for workgroup switch. BUT the power adapter stopped working in the middle of a meeting today. Zero stars on the power supply! I contacted LinkSys and after 1.5 hours on the phone and 5 DIFFERENT PERSONS later I finally found a CustSvc rep that could really help me. (Your tech support team is absolutely useless! The tech support rep kept asking me what I meant by *AC adapter not working*. I felt like I was in a Monty Python "Dead Parrot" routine .Are you kidding me?Me?!) We asked for a power adapter plug to be sent only to find out they only have version 1 power cords. There are no power cords for the EZXS55W version 2 or 3. I have version 3. (Power cords for version 2 and 3 are pending and not expected to arrive any time soon). So I'm sitting here with a $20 paperweight. (Gritted teeth and growls.)
