Don't waste your money on this crap. The product is as useless as it gets. I bought this iron about a month ago. I didn't use any serum the first time I used it. The result was not good. My hair looked wavy and no one could tell I had done anything to it. I bought a hair serum and then tried straightening my hair. It looked great. But imagine, that was the only time it worked. I try to use it again and I start to see the red light blinking. I stopped thinking that maybe he wasn't warmed up. I wait a good 5 minutes and it's still blinking. I turn it off and let it sit for a few minutes. When I tried to use it again it worked. I was able to straighten my hair but the result wasn't very good. When I start seeing wavy hair the next day I decide to touch it up and guess the plates aren't heating up. Luckily, by day 29, I realized this was a problem. Yes, he'll be back first thing in the morning. I suggest you stay away from it as you never know if there will be a problem within 30 days or more. If this happens later, you cannot get your money back and have to deal with this junk product.
