I bought these because I thought they would be a great benefit over cling film and/or wax paper. You are not. I followed the instructions in the letter based on what type of cheese I put in each bag. The cheddar is completely moldy after a few weeks (still in the original packaging), which I have never experienced before. Both parmesan and asiago dried out so much that they could only be used for grating and then hardly ever. It is very difficult to keep bags wrapped when open, even when securely folded. I have been buying and storing cheese for many years and have never had such a problem. I keep my cheese in a separate drawer in the fridge, so the only change I made to storage was the cheese bags. Wouldn't buy them again.
