Simple and effective for kitchen utensils and gadgets

I love these cheese storage bags. Nothing easier than that - take out your cheese, enjoy and place the remaining pieces or slices in the Formaticum cheese. Pocket. Fold the top of the bag up. If you are outside the ROC, mark the package. Store in the fridge or on the counter - it's up to you. Leave for a month. Guaranteed tasty. Fits into what ironically can be described as a wide range of shapes and sizes. Oh, and hey, don't be shy - there's no reason not to reuse them unless there was a…

Better Than Plastic

I bought these because I was tired of the plastic taste of cheese from ziplock bags etc. These bags kept the cheese from going stale in the fridge, so a test passed! They seem a little pricey - I think next time I'll just go with some wax paper, but I've found these packs to be durable enough for many uses. So for some, the ability to use a bag for many weeks may justify the price. I'll probably keep using the same bag until it breaks or something and then move on to a different one. They…

Not as good as expected or advertised

I bought these because I thought they would be a great benefit over cling film and/or wax paper. You are not. I followed the instructions in the letter based on what type of cheese I put in each bag. The cheddar is completely moldy after a few weeks (still in the original packaging), which I have never experienced before. Both parmesan and asiago dried out so much that they could only be used for grating and then hardly ever. It is very difficult to keep bags wrapped when open, even when…

Good to have

I've been using this product for a few years now and the cheese keeps much better and longer than in plastic bags or foil. However, I have to say that cheese (also semi-hard cheese) is not stored in it for an unreasonably long time, cheese can mold in this packaging and then the packaging can no longer be used and must be disposed of. Paper bags are easy to use, just put the cheese inside, fold the bag to seal everything inside and chill. They're pretty durable too, more so than the brown…

Best invention ever. Ye!

Honestly I don't understand how I lived without these bags for so many years. We eat a lot of cheese in our family and like to have several types on hand at the same time. Invariably, one or more cheeses would start to go moldy before we'd eaten them all, and this is especially true for the big blocks of cheese that are so available at Costco. With these bags I "lost" a piece of Jarlsberg in the back of a cheese box for 4 months and when I pulled it out there wasn't a speck of mold to be seen…

No more throwing away moldy cheese!

I didn't want to write a review until I tried the product. That works great. I used to just leave my cheese in the original plastic wrap and then cover it with foil. It didn't work and my cheese went bad. It hurt too and I actually ended up with plastic wrap in some of my cheeses. I know I shouldn't leave the cheese in its original plastic wrapper but otherwise it was wrapped in foil and I would have forgotten what it was. Now it's neatly labeled and I know exactly what kind of cheese I have in

So your cheese doesn't tear prematurely

I'm lucky enough to live in a town where this brand is sold in a store. But it's great that Revain is offering this Prime-eligible product because I think it's a must-have for cheese lovers. is competitively priced, those who don't have it in their local market/cheese shop are no longer a loser. I'm seriously trying not to turn into the insufferable cheese snob I'm afraid I might become. Teaching strangers to choke on their cheese is not a trait I want to cultivate. But anyone who cares about…
