Bicycle computer without jokes

Update after a long ride on October 14th. Komoot Navigation. Do not expect too much. This is not Google Maps navigation. Komoot guide does not show road closures and traffic status. Komoot's manual is also sometimes confusing. Battery life. I started my 100km ride with 90% battery left and after 110km in 5 hours it showed 70% left. ------------------ This is a great bike computer for those who don't need to download exercise records from this device. I use a Polar running watch to track my training and activity. The Polar system automatically sends training data when I connect my watch to my iPhone. Basically, I don't need the same function on my bike computer. What I need is a big screen with data on current speed, average speed, cadence, heart rate, active time and distance. The navigation is a big bonus. Polar watches are great, but they only show 4 dates on a small screen. This device really shows a lot that helps me to learn how to ride a bike. Here are some pros and cons of this computer. Advantages - price. Few other devices can top this. Komoot Navigation. Works perfectly. Because you're cycling, you don't need an accurate map to navigate. A step-by-step guide is enough. product design. According to Meylan, this device was developed by a German design team. Looks solid, stylish and cool. LCD panel. Great resolution and good to see. Japanese part? Positioning. Picks up satellites quickly. According to Meilan, the device records American GPS and European Galileo. I tested the file and uploaded it to Strava and the tracking accuracy was in the 5-10 meter range in rainy and cloudy weather. Not so bad dual range. My heart rate sensor is also dual. Bluetooth for my Polar watch and ANT+ for this device. Cons - Printed manual in the box. Too small and unreadable. It needs to be downloaded from Meilan website. Notes on connecting sensors. The device connects ANT+ and Bluetooth. However, the device only displays "Bluetooth" even if the device is receiving an ANT+ signal. need improvement. Languages. Some YouTube videos show that many languages are available, but actually it's English, Polish and Spanish. Attitude. A bit awkward. Especially after komoot lost bluetooth connection, you need to reconnect it from your phone. After completing the setup, it is very easy to use. The inability to wirelessly download the exercise file from the device. This can be the biggest disadvantage for some users. Meilan phone app. I can't understand what he's doing. I have come to the conclusion that this is no joke bike computer. Once setup is complete, it is easy to use. Good location accuracy, turn-by-turn navigation at an unbeatable price. If you use a Garmin or Polar running watch and don't want to spend a fortune on a bike computer, this is for you.
