I liked it when I first got it but after baking bread 6 times it fell apart. The small spindle simply broke off, see photo. It wasn't a heavy load of flour - just 4 cups and 1 and 1/4 cups of water. I'm so unhappy with it. For the price, this company could do better than a crappy piece of plastic. I can't afford any other car as I'm retired and on a tight budget. :-(. After this issue I have to tell you NOW that there is a BIG company behind your product. I contacted them about the defective part and they got down to business: They told me they would simply have to replace the part free of charge for shipping pay.They said they would send me 2 pieces.After I hung up for 30 minutes they sent me a notification and a tracking number that the pieces were in the mail.I am so impressed with this company they do a great job bread etc.
