I love this product. I've made bread in it and it was easier and saved hours because I can shape the bread right after kneading it in the mixer and it only has to rise once. My bread turned out beautiful and delicious! It's louder than my previous mixer, but the little hiss is worth the time. And how convenient it is to have a blender that can be attached to the same base.

I liked it when I first got it but after baking bread 6 times it fell apart. The small spindle simply broke off, see photo. It wasn't a heavy load of flour - just 4 cups and 1 and 1/4 cups of water.
