Review on 🔌 Tripp Lite Null Modem Serial RS232 Modular Adapter Kit: DB9F to RJ45F - P450-000 by Vincent Burton

I purchased two pairs of these adapters to use for reinstalling, configuring and servicing Dell servers and storage devices. I carry a USB adapter with two serial ports, I use a couple of these to connect the USB adapter to the serial ports on the target hardware. I bought super thin network cables and I can walk 20 feet from the Dual Head Unit without sitting on it to adjust. Unfortunately one of them stopped working and I bought another pair to have a spare. Between these adapters (4) and 4 ultra-thin 20ft LAN cables (two LANs, two for daisy chain), they take up less space than a single 15ft serial null modem cable and weigh less. Only four stars because I expected them to last longer with no issues.
