Go a little further

Hello Revain Shoppers, First let me say that I am not a healthcare professional. It is important to consult your doctor or GP before taking any dietary supplement. I've been using this product for about 3 months now. I've added some photos for reference. So why this product? There are three reasons I use this product: 1. Creatine Monohydrate. During research, this version of creatine appears to be the most researched and safest.2. About the known benefits of creatine.3. For cognitive effects (improving brain function) of creatine.4. No taste (when mixed with 24 ounces of water).4. I am vegan (no meat, dairy or animal products). My regular training program is based on isometric (bodyweight only) short, high-intensity workouts three to four times a week. These workouts are basically full body circuit cardio workouts. As a vegan, my creatine levels without supplementation are about the same as when eating meat. However, when I started taking creatine supplements, my levels skyrocketed. With this increase, I noticed that I could do cardio for longer and feel less tired when working on intense tasks at work. Please note that I am not saying that this product is a magic solution to your training and/or memory problems. However, in my experience, creatine supplements help me to work a little harder and further. So should I do the loading phase? What is the loading phase? There are different opinions on what counts as the loading phase. During research, the usual loading phase is 20g (4 servings) of creatine for seven days. This loading phase is followed by a maintenance phase: 5 g (1 serving) per day. Personally, I opted for the loading phase. However, I have friends who have decided against it and have experienced similar effects. Of course, a healthy diet along with your exercise goals is paramount to your health. Take care of your health and see if it works for you. PS Drink lots of water; Creatine can easily dehydrate you if you don't drink enough water. Will be updated after prolonged use.
