I love the ability to create patient accounts and track visits/billing. The calendar is very helpful as well! There are many additional features we have not used but all seem useful. One issue, we had was how to add time cards for new employees. The initial setup process is cumbersome. If you can afford it, hire someone who knows what they are doing. We've been using this system since 2010 and it has continued to improve until recently when some of the functionality slowed down. It's been able to help us manage our billing and scheduling needs quite well.
