Review on iCool-Handle Red Hotness Tea Kettle: Whistling, Surgical Stainless Steel with 2 x Infusers, 2.8 QT Volume - Compatible on all Stovetops (Induction or Gas) by Stephen Tharpe

We received this a few weeks ago. I've been looking for the right teapot for a long time and thought I had finally found it, but unfortunately not. It looks good, although not as heavy as we thought, but most of all we wanted a "loud" whistle that could be heard in the next room. The whistle can only be heard if you stand a few feet away from it, can't be heard in the next room, and isn't very loud in the same room either. The company contacted me to proceed and I explained to them that I would like to exchange it as it may have been faulty. They wanted us to make a video and email it to them, unfortunately neither my husband nor I are very tech savvy and don't know how. I would rather they just send me a return label and then send me a new kettle. It was just too much of a hassle with it, and then it was too late to give it back to Revane. We still have this item and will be using it, but we need to be close to hear it! I think I need to keep looking for a good, durable kettle with a "loud" whistle. This will be enough for now.
