Item arrived quickly. The oral irrigator is easy to use and assemble. I wish the instructions said what each attachment is for. This is the first time I've used an irrigator. When used on a low and closed neck, water does not get everywhere immediately. I tried medium speed and that worked too. I will work at high speed. I love that you can tilt the top of the irrigator. I would recommend for the price. I've only had it for 2 days so I'll have to see how long it lasts. I wish it came with a case.
