Great device for laptops without ethernet ports or computers with broken ethernet ports.
Works great. I use it all the time for work. When configuring wireless routers, I like to configure all settings with a wired connection from my thin laptop that doesn't have an ethernet port. Works great when connected via USB 3.0, easily reaching full speed like a real wired connection. After many uses I had no problems with this product. I can see how easy this can be, but of course you have to be careful with your laptop, just treat it like an extension. When I'm not using my laptop, I unplug it from the USB port and place it next to my laptop.
