NO ONE in the US carries 12mm and 16mm masonry bits. Check out the image I uploaded to see the instructions that came with it. The paint has also chipped and flaked off in some places. I adjust by using a 3/8" drill bit to make the pilot holes and a 5/8" drill bit to drill the final holes. 5/8" is only .004 less than 16mm. I also have some rubber washers in case I need to change the length of the screws a bit. I wish they would have charged $10 more and included 2 drill bits. **UPDATE** The 3/8" and 5/8" masonry bits worked great. If you drill about 1/2" into concrete with a 3/8" bit and then switch to a larger bit, it works much faster. Purchase or make rubber/silicone washers to ensure you can adequately tighten all parts.
