One of my favorite grilling items. These pork tail fins can be used on almost any type of meat. They lock in food and make it very easy to flip, flip and fry anything. These two packs come in two convenient sizes: I leave the large flipper outside with all my grilling gear and use the small flipper indoors and on the go, camping or on a trip. The fins are easy to clean and have a nice thick handle that can be used for hanging. The ends are VERY sharp so storing them in a drawer is not ideal. The fins come with a thin plastic tube protecting the two ends, but it's small and see-through and very easy to lose. I've pricked my finger several times trying to fish a small fin out of a drawer full of kitchen utensils.
