Spool too small for size or wound so that line constantly jumps off spool. I think it's more about packaging. I even taped the tabs to the side of the spool to make it harder for the filament to pop off, it still pops off. On the larger print, I used nearly half the spool on failed prints before the filament stopped slipping. I've never had this problem. Now I'm using my second spool of the same yarn and it's having the same problem. Otherwise the thread looks pretty good and I like that they ship it in a resealable package.
