Not preformed as advertised
I didn't like the fact that they were made out of "heavy duty vinyl" meaning they weren't designed to be installed on downspouts in a downspout house were not enough to open it, even in a heavy downpour, and the water flows out. Perhaps if you attach a "fire hose" the pressure and force of the water will open it and the water will flow. A real waste of money for us, they didn't work as advertised.
