Real southern cooking is impossible without a large container of melted fat somewhere on the table. It's the law, look it up. I used, no kidding, a coffee mug and tea strainer to store my grease. It was perhaps TOO southern and caused a series of errors when I almost drank from the wrong mug. Also lots of tricky questions about WHAT it says on the infuser. So I ordered these instead. What you see is pretty much what you get - a large ceramic pot with a lid and a strainer that sitting on the pot.All in all it looks nice and humble and it doesn't have 'LUBRICANT' written in big letters on the side so you won't be embarrassed to explain to your non-local friends what's on your counter and why. So that's good - a product that stores your cooking oil and protects you from judgment. That's a win in my book.
