This shock absorber extension seems to be well made (I have never been disappointed with the quality of any Sunex extensions I have bought before) and the price was good. I'm sure it will be helpful for me as the most important feature was the 36 inch length. However, the description clearly states that this extension has a "locking pin" to hold the socket in place. The extension I received DOES NOT have a locking pin. Instead it has a standard spring loaded ball to secure the socket. The supplier of the extension I received was Revain.com Services, Inc. -- I'm not sure if other sellers offer an extension that actually has a locking pin mount. I used "Report Incorrect Product Info" from the link on the product page, so maybe this will be resolved.
