Simple, effective furniture pads
Shepherd Hardware 9864 1" thick square furniture pads that attach to the plain wood ends of some bar stools I've purchased. The factory glue seems to work for my purposes, the backing comes off relatively easily the sticky side of the pads and the pads seem to be of decent quality and will protect my floor when the stools are pulled out and pushed under my kitchen where I eat .bar say durability or liability.
