For those wondering, the bearings are 8.9mm ID and 22mm OD, or approximately 5/16 inch ID x 7/8 inch OD. The wheels are the same as my son's Drive knee scooter, but the bearings have a smaller bore. I was able to replace the bearings on the original wheels with these and they work as a good replacement. They are very durable and very well made. Most likely, they will last as long as necessary. The only real problem is that the wheels smell really bad like cigarette smoke. I opened the box and the smell hit my face like a tidal wave of disgust. I tried cleaning them but it didn't help. I think it penetrated rubber and plastic. I have no choice but to use them, otherwise I would send them back. Completely unacceptable. For the price if you need wheels they are good quality. As long as you can tolerate the smell of cigarette smoke, you'll be fine with it.
