The handle was on the tool but as soon as I took it out of the storage box provided the handle came loose in my hand. When examining the pen, it is noticeable that it has a thick plastic sticker with the operating instructions at the end and that it rattles a bit on the inside. This is a bolt and washer that should hold the knob on the adjustment shaft. Upon inspection of the bolt, it can be seen that it has blue fastener material that was never used, indicating that assembly involved simply inserting the bolt and washer into the handle and then applying a sticker. The sticker area inside the handle shows that the drain and screw have been rattling since assembly. How can I trust the rest of the tool if this simple step has not been followed?
