I like the fact that this is a cloud based system and that it is easy to use. The fact that you can use different levels of access to different people is also a plus. It is difficult to use for those who are not tech savvy because it is not user friendly. I have used the system for a number of years now and it has worked well for us. The only thing that I dislike about it is that it is not as user friendly as I would like it to be. It is very easy to use and it has been very reliable. It has been easy to use for our clients as well. We have been able to track our clients in and out of the building and we have been able to use the reports to help us with our scheduling decisions. I like how easy it is to set up, as well as use with our website! It's very intuitive for any user-friendly software out there (like ours). The only thing we dislike about this product would be if you're looking at having multiple locations or campuses within one system; however, they have an app now so maybe not anymore? We are able solve issues of staff members being offsite from their computer when visiting another campus/location.
