This is a joke. Let's get that out of the way. So far I have repaired/assembled/installed almost everything imaginable in our house. Furniture? Check! Shellfish? Check! toilets? Check! fixtures? Check! Cabinets? Check! etc. etc. etc. But this thing hits me. The instructions are useless. Some reviews suggested watching someone else assemble it at 25%. I've tried different videos and I'm still struggling. I think I'm halfway done but have no idea how accurate this belief is. My version seems a bit distorted compared to what's on screen. But is it? I have no idea! I wish I had never ordered it. In the end I can throw away all the details and go for something simple. Of course it looks beautiful. But it's definitely not worth the effort. And once it's fully assembled, does it need to be taken apart a bit to fit a lightbulb? Do you think I'm looking forward to it now? This is a classic example of a company making a decent product that spends little money on good documentation/instructions. I recently purchased another product with similar difficulties. However, the company has recorded a series of videos showing employees assembling the product. And the instructions were detailed (12 pages long). I encountered a few spots that gave me trouble, but the videos made it clear what to do at each point. If you love puzzles and have a few hours to spare, go ahead, otherwise don't buy this. Update: I finally put it together after finding another video and watching it at half speed. This allowed me to collect it. However, the top must remain slightly open to allow the onion to penetrate. As a surprise, I would NOT recommend this item.
