In addition to the relatively low price, these wheels are of very poor quality. If you turn the wheel by hand, you can see them wobbling in all places. Noise and pump resistance can be heard when rolling on smooth ground. When I took out the middle screw and looked at the metal tube bearing, I saw a weld inside. The bearing is not even smooth! The tube is flimsy, there are large gaps between the tube, stud and wheel. I wish I had time to get the center hole right and centered and find/make a higher fitting tube and not a weld. The tube had to be seamless, like DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel). Bearing housings have a lot of play. This can cause the bearings to fall out after some use. However, I have often noticed this with many maintenance bikes. The metal is relatively thin for so much higher load capacity than other plastic/PE wheels. There is no washer between the nut and the brake pedal. Judging from my checks, these are general issues for all wheels and not isolated ones. This is design/manufacturing. If it wasn't for the price I would probably return it. Unless it's a big price/class upgrade, I suspect many others have a similar design/quality.
