Good quality coffee mug, works as well as described. It automatically handles everything from full to empty, and the software is quick and easy to use. Pleasantly (and a bit surprising at first!) the last drink is just as warm as the first. 14 ounces fill it to the brim; a 12-ounce serving of Keurig plus cream is very filling! The materials appear high-quality and durable. You can customize the LED backlight, but most of the backlight functions are preset (charging, warming up, reached temperature, etc.). As with many devices, battery life can be a little shorter than advertised, but pretty close. Please note that the charging station is only suitable for AC power, not for USB. Depending on how and where you use it, this limits how easy it is to move the stand around during the day for the best battery life. Sip your beverage and make your own cost choice, unlike a quality insulated mug like the Yeti or Hydroflask, which can hold the temperature well for 30 minutes or more.
