Based on the Description "This 4-in-1 heat press printer includes a platen press, mug press, lid press, platen press, which can be used to print templates onto t-shirts, hats, mugs and other items with a flat surface. No mug press, cap press received. I have contacted the seller to report this and also that the ports connecting the two items are missing/closed and technically unusable. For now I'll keep 1 star until I get a reply or just refund it in full and look at other brands/sellers. Update: Not only did they ship the wrong product based on the description on the website, they expect the customer to pay additional shipping costs.
