The tool was easy to use and was intuitive for a user of any experience. It allows me to see what my customers are doing on my website and how many visits they have. The customer service is the best I've seen in the industry. They are always very prompt with responses and are always trying to improve their service. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes the tool is not working properly. For example, I need to be logged in to the tool to be able to see the information. It's a great tool. I'd recommend their services to someone needing a lead generation or lead management system. It's easy to use and has great customer service. I have been able to keep track of who is visiting the website and how many visits they have. This helps me create a custom marketing plan for my sales team. Its easy to use as well as configure for various websites with multiple languages. It has several modules like content creation tools which makes articles more engaging & help drive traffic. The interface could be better but I understand its difficult when using many different types of devices or browsers. We've been able to increase our conversion rates by over 100%.
