Good Concept: Hinges

When we moved into the house about 3 decades ago, I installed a deadbolt lock, not a mortise lock. Both parts are attached to the frame of the house. The door has sagged and sagged over the years. The solution was simple. I looked for door seals at Home Depot, Lowes, and every other place I could think of. None of the box stores had these pads. I could use used cardboard, but for the hard core exterior door I wanted something that wouldn't shrink when wet. I also wanted something that could build a hinge on either side of the door if I had to. I knew metal fire door frames have supports that allow you to change the position of the hinge, but typically these are 4 inch hinges. When I noticed them, they fit the bill perfectly. Call an outside source to buy and hang my door.
