These filters are good if and only if you are lucky and buy real ones. When I first bought them I liked them because I could see the difference between them and others I used. However, the last sentence was clearly fake. I didn't read the negative comments, so I didn't understand that getting a fake is a risk. I bought them from Revain.com LLC :o/ I don't know who was the seller who provided them to Revain. How do you spot a fake? presentation first. The original came in a nice box. Each filter was wrapped in thick plastic and covered with the Filtrete logo. The fakes are wrapped in loose plastic, some have a small piece of paper with the Filtrete logo on it, some don't. They don't come in the big, sturdy box that the original came in. Second, there are reservations about the originals, such as B. MRP etc. A fake may not have specifications. Third, and most importantly, they don't work as well as the originals. The originals last a long time (3 months depending on usage, pets, etc.). Fakes get dirty in 2 months and don't filter as much dust as the original. Since at least 1/3 less efficiency. I would say they are 40% less effective considering the amount of allergens they left in the environment. I know this because I have a cat with asthma and he had more attacks with fake ones! Eventually the coin fell and I realized the filter was contributing to his asthma attacks. Also, I have allergies and I have noticed that they have become more common. At first I blamed my city's pollution, but I think fake filters could be the main culprit. It's really bad that some scammers play with other people's health to steal money. Now I'm looking for good filters where the problem of fakes is not so big. Poorly. I've also learned that I need to be more vigilant about the performance and quality of the filters. Also, I had to get the seller's attention immediately if I noticed something was wrong.
