I've been trying to find a reliable scale for my grandmother for years. For medical reasons, she needs to be weighed every day, but an ordinary household scale will not weigh her reliably. She's slow and unbalanced, and if she steps on the scale and stands alone, most scales will have an error, either just turn off, or give very wrong readings. While this scale just works, turn it on and it simply weighs what's on it and it stays on until you turn it off. They seem to be accurate to within a pound or 2 scale in the doctor's office.
